TBBN.Help

Your storefront

Your storefront is a public page with everything you've listed yourself on TBBN — your name, a short bio, whether you've verified your identity, your reputation and completed swaps. Share it anywhere: a social profile, a message, a QR code at a market stall.

It shows only items you listed yourself. Items a store you sell through lists for you aren't on it, even if you own that store.

Find your storefront

You get one the first time you list something. To see it:

  1. On tbbnetwork.com, open Your account → Settings.
  2. Under Your storefront, select the address (tbbnetwork.com/store/…), or Copy link to share it.

People can also reach it from any of your items: select See their storefront next to your name.

Change the address or bio

  1. Under Your storefront, edit Address — 3 to 40 lowercase letters, numbers and dashes.
  2. Optionally write About you — what you like to swap, where you usually meet. Up to 280 characters, with no phone numbers, emails or links; people message you through TBBN.
  3. Select Save storefront.

If the address is taken you see "That address is taken. Try another." Changing it means the old address stops working, so update anywhere you shared it.

Common questions

Why can't I see some of my items on it? Only items people can see on the Marketplace are on your storefront. Items in review, sold, or listed only for members of an Organization don't show to everyone; you see your own when you're signed in. Before TBBN launches in your country, your items show only to you.

Can I hide my storefront? It shows only what's already public on the Marketplace. To take an item off it, mark it Sold or Pending, or delete it.
