How to set up your Merchant dashboard

The Merchant dashboard at merchants.tbbnetwork.com is where a Merchant account's team manages the Trade Engine integration. The sidebar has Overview, Sellers, API Keys, Webhooks, Billing, Team, Settings and Sandbox.

  1. Go to merchants.tbbnetwork.com/login (or select Log in to your dashboard on merchants.tbbnetwork.com).
  2. Enter your work email and select Send code.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code and select Verify & log in.

No Merchant account yet? See Apply for a Merchant account.

Invite your team

  1. Select Team.
  2. Under Invite someone, enter a teammate's work Email and choose a Role. The description under the role says what it can do.

Choose how TBBN works with your store (Settings)

Open Settings.

Integration — choose exactly what TBBN does for your storefront:

  • Matching & offers — your listings can be matched, and buyers can send offers on them.
  • Checkout orchestration — TBBN sends your side of an accepted trade to your checkout and tracks it. Turn it off if your own platform settles trades; then you report each outcome within 14 days, and the other side of the trade isn't affected.

Turn on Matching & offers alone if your platform already handles checkout; turn on both for the full flow.

Holding policy — your effective SLA — set Counterparty hold (days): once one side of a trade has paid, how long the trade waits for the other side before it can be closed. Between 7 and 14 days; leave it blank for the default (14). Select Save.

Storefront button — name the button your site shows to start a trade (it doesn't have to say "TBBN"), for example Trade this item or Swap. Select Save, then copy Your embed snippet onto your site where the button should appear.

Plan capabilities shows what your plan includes, such as Headless sellers and Two of your own sellers can trade each other.

Confirming changes. Once TBBN has approved your Merchant account, saving a setting emails you a code. Enter it and select Verify & save.

Sellers

Sellers lists the sellers linked to your account: their Name, Your reference, how many Linked merchants they trade through, and whether they're Federated (linked to their own TBBN account). Sellers link through your integration — see Trade Engine integration.

Sandbox

Sandbox → Create a sandbox merchant spins up an isolated sandbox merchant, seller and API key that never touches production data or billing.

Overview and Billing

Overview shows completed trades, gross merchandise value, trade sessions, listing syncs, offer acceptance rate and webhook deliveries for the period. Billing shows your current plan and usage this period; plans are chosen and paid on business.tbbnetwork.com — see Plans and billing.
