How to find and book a TBBN Space

A TBBN Space is a bookable place at a café, shop, coworking venue or other business. You can book one to:

Meetup — meet another person, for example to swap items.
Drop off / pick up an item — leave an item for someone else to collect later. See Drop-off and pickup.
Book the room or desk — work from a coworking desk, meeting room, study room and so on.

Find a Space

Go to space.tbbnetwork.com and type in the search box at the top, or open space.tbbnetwork.com/listings (Find a Space at the bottom of every page).
Narrow the results:
- Country, State / region and ZIP / postal code — where you want it.
- Search — words like "meeting room" or a business name.
- Any category — choose Study room, Meeting room, Office room, Event space, Restaurant table, Retail corner, Parking spot, Coworking desk or Other.
- Min. seats, an Amenity (for example Wi-Fi), Discounted only.
- Sort by — Relevance, Price: low to high or Highest rated.
Select Search.

Each result shows the host, the location, its prices for each kind of booking, and badges such as Verified, ✓ Verified Host, Free or a discount. Select a Space's name to see its full page: photos, amenities, parking, notes, the host's refund and no-show policy, and any coworking memberships the location sells.

Book it

You need a TBBN account. If you aren't signed in, selecting Book sends you to sign in first.

On the result, choose the kind of booking if the Space offers more than one (Meetup, Drop off / pick up an item, Book the room or desk).
Fill in what it asks for:
- Book the room or desk: a Start time and a duration in minutes (for example 60). You can add Your name for the guest list and a Company. To book the same time on following weeks, tick Repeat weekly and set Occurrences (including this one) — each week is booked and paid for separately.
- Drop off / pick up an item: the Pickup person's email (and name, optionally). See Drop-off and pickup.
Tick I agree to the host's refund & no-show policy, that the processing fee isn't refundable, and that this booking is changed or cancelled only through TBBN. Open the policy from the link to read it first.
Select Book (or Book series).

You're taken to Complete your TBBN Space booking to pay.

Pay

The payment page shows the price, any Host discount applied, the Processing fee (non-refundable), Tax and the Total, plus the host's refund and no-show policy.

If you see a terms box, tick I agree to the booking terms above and TBBN's Terms of Service and select Continue.
Enter your card or other payment details in the secure payment form, powered by Stripe.
Select Pay [amount]. Some cards ask you to confirm with your bank — follow the prompt.
You see Payment complete.

A free Space shows Confirm free reservation instead — select it to confirm.

If the host approves requests first, you see: "This host reviews requests before payment." Nothing is charged yet. When the host approves, the payment step appears on the same page and you're emailed. The host has 24 hours to decide; if they don't, the request is released.

After you've paid

The booking page now shows what you need on the day:

Your check-in code for a desk or room — show it when you arrive.
The drop-off PIN for a drop-off — give it to the host when you hand the item over.
Wi-Fi details, if the host added them.
Manage this booking — reschedule or cancel. See Change or cancel a booking.

Find it again any time under My bookings on space.tbbnetwork.com, or from the link in your confirmation email. You can also message the host from the Space's page or Messages on space.tbbnetwork.com. Payments, changes and cancellations happen only through TBBN, never directly with the host.

Common questions

Are prices shown with tax? No. Prices exclude tax; tax and the processing fee are added on the payment page before you pay.

Can I book for a coworking day without a membership? Yes — book the room or desk by the hour or day. If you go often, a membership or day pass may be cheaper, and members get included hours and discounts applied automatically.

My payment went through but the page didn't update. Wait a moment and refresh. If it still doesn't show as paid, see Troubleshooting — don't pay twice.
