How to create a TBBN account
One TBBN account works on every TBBN site. There are no passwords: each time you sign in, TBBN sends you a one-time code.
Before you start
- You must be 16 or older.
- Use an email address or mobile number you can receive messages on right now.
- Your country decides which TBBN services you can use, so pick the one you live in.
Steps
- Go to tbbnetwork.com and choose Sign up (or open
tbbnetwork.com/register). - Enter Your name.
- Choose how you want to receive codes: Email or Phone.
- Email: type your email address.
- Phone: pick your country code from the list, then type your number using digits only. Tick the SMS consent box — TBBN can't text you a code without it.
- Choose the Country you live in. TBBN suggests one based on where you are; change it if it's wrong.
- Tick I agree to TBBN's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can open both from the links before you agree.
- Select Send me a code.
- Type the 6-digit code from the email or text message and select Verify & create account.
You land on Your account. If another TBBN site sent you here to sign up, you go straight back to it.
What next?
- List your first item
- Verify your identity — needed before you create a Business, host a Space or drop off an item at a Space.
- Add a phone number or email so you can sign in either way.
Common questions
The code never arrived. Wait a minute, then check your spam or junk folder, or that the number includes the right country code. Go back and select Send me a code again and use the newest code. See Troubleshooting for more.
It says "An account with this email or phone already exists." You signed up before with that email or number. Sign in instead.
Can a store create a TBBN account for me? No. Only you can create your account. A store can ask you to link your account to it.
