How to join a coworking membership or buy a day pass on TBBN
Some TBBN Space locations sell memberships (billed every week, month or year) and passes (a day pass or a pack of visits, paid once). A membership can include hours in meeting rooms, a discount on other bookings, guest passes and add-ons like a mailbox or locker.
Find a location's plans
- On a Space's page, look for Memberships at this location and select See memberships.
- Or open the plans link the location shared with you.
The plans page lists each membership and pass with its price, what's included, any setup fee, deposit or minimum term, the location's add-ons, and its Membership policies — notice to cancel, late fees, freezes, price-change notice and deposit returns.
Join a plan
- Select the plan's button: Join, Buy pass, Request to join (the host approves first) or Ask about this plan (the host quotes you a price).
- Sign in if asked. Some plans also ask you to verify your identity first.
- Choose your options:
- Seats — for team plans, how many people. The renewal terms update to match.
- Company name (optional) for team plans.
- Add-ons — tick any you want. An add-on that needs documents (such as a mailbox) starts once you show the host your documents in person.
- Promo code, if you have one.
- A note for the host on request or inquiry plans.
- Read the Renewal terms box. It states the price, how often you're charged, that it renews automatically until you cancel, and any trial, setup fee, deposit or minimum term. This is the exact text recorded as your agreement.
- Tick I agree to these renewal terms…. If the location has a membership agreement, open it, read it, and tick I have read and accept the membership agreement.
- Select Continue to payment, Send request or Send inquiry.
Paying: you're taken to Stripe Checkout, a secure payment page for TBBN. It shows the total, including tax and, at some locations, a card processing fee. Enter your card and select Subscribe (or Pay for a pass). Stripe sends you back to TBBN, which shows You're in. and emails you a copy of the terms you agreed to.
Requests and inquiries: nothing is charged yet. When the host approves (or sends a price), you're emailed. Open Memberships on space.tbbnetwork.com, select the membership, review the terms, tick to accept and select Accept and continue to payment.

If someone gave you a seat on their team plan, you'll see You've been given a seat on your Memberships page — select Accept.
Cancel
- Select Cancel membership.
- Read when it will end. You can cancel online at any time; your membership runs to the end of the period you've paid for after the location's notice period, and you aren't charged again.
- If you're inside a minimum term, it ends when the term does — or, where the location allows, tick to leave early and pay the early-exit charge.
- Optionally say why, then select Confirm cancellation.
Changed your mind before it ends? Select Keep my membership.
Price changes and renewals
- A location must tell you about a price change at least 30 days before it applies to you. You can cancel instead.
- On a yearly plan, you're reminded before it renews.
Missed payments
If a payment fails, you're emailed and your access continues for the location's grace period while the card is retried. After that, access is paused, a late fee may apply, and the membership is cancelled if it stays unpaid. Select Update card or pay the open invoice to put it right.
Deposits
A deposit is returned by the host within the number of days shown in the policies after your membership ends, less any deductions they record. It's refunded to your card. If you disagree with a deduction, reply through the host's messages or report it.
