How to accept or reject an offer on TBBN

Offers on your items — and offers you've sent — are all in your Inbox ("Your swaps"), across every store your account is linked to.

Review an offer

Sign in on tbbnetwork.com and select Inbox.
Offers you've received are marked received; offers you made are marked sent by you.
Look at what's being offered and any cash added. Open the items to see their photos and condition. Check the value difference — see Trade value.

Accept an offer

Select Accept next to the offer.
The first time you accept — and again whenever the Trade Terms change — TBBN shows the Trade Terms. Read them (select Read the full Trade Terms for the full text), tick I have read and accept the Trade Terms. Accepting an offer is a commitment., then select Accept and continue. Select Not now to go back without accepting.
The offer is accepted and a trade starts. The items involved are reserved.

Accepting is a commitment. Only accept when the items and terms work for you.

Reject an offer

Select Reject. The offer is closed and nothing else happens — your item stays listed and can still receive other offers.

After you accept

Open My trades and find the trade under Trade history. Select it to follow its progress, message the other side and complete it — see Finish a trade.

Common questions

Can I take back an acceptance? Talk to the other person in the trade's Messages first. If the trade can't go ahead, the trade page shows what you can do — a person-to-person swap can be ended with The swap didn't happen; for store trades, follow the store's instructions.

I accepted two offers for the same item. The item is reserved by the first trade, so the second trade shows Reservation failed. Message the other person to explain.

I don't see an offer someone says they sent. Make sure you're signed in to the same account, then refresh the Inbox.
