How to join the TBBN Space affiliate program

Share links to TBBN Space. When someone you send books a Space and the booking is completed, you earn a commission on the booking price. Read the full details and current rates on space.tbbnetwork.com/affiliate-program.

Apply

You need a TBBN account with a verified identity. To apply for a business, it must be a verified Business you run.
Go to space.tbbnetwork.com/affiliate-program and select Apply or open your affiliate dashboard (or open Affiliate program in the space.tbbnetwork.com dashboard).
Under Apply as, choose Myself or A Business I run (then pick the Business).
Fill in:
- Where you'll share TBBN Space — your website or profile link.
- Tell us about your audience — who they are, roughly how many, and why they'd book a Space.
- How you'll promote it — Website, Blog, Social media, Video, Newsletter, Community or group, Events or Other.
- Your link code (optional) — the code you'd like, for example ADA-REVIEWS.
Accept the Affiliate Program Terms when asked, and select Apply.

TBBN reviews every application and emails you the result. If you're turned down you can Apply again later.

Once approved, your dashboard shows Your link. Select Copy. You can:

send people to the Home page or Browse Spaces under Send people to, or add ?ref=YOUR-CODE to any space.tbbnetwork.com page;
add a Tag (for example instagram) to tell campaigns apart — it adds &sub= to the link.

A booking counts when the visitor books within the program's attribution window after clicking your link and the booking is completed. Bookings at your own Spaces don't count.

Get paid

Under Payouts, select Set up payouts. If you applied for a Business, payouts go to that Business's Stripe Connect account and you're pointed to its Business settings instead.
Complete Stripe's form and return to TBBN. If Stripe needs more, you'll see Finish setup.

Commissions become payable once the booking's dispute window has passed, and are paid weekly. Your dashboard shows the Next payout, what's Waiting on bookings and Paid to date. Earnings wait until your payout account is connected.

Track performance

Performance shows Clicks, Bookings and Earned over 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 12 months, broken down By tag. Commissions lists each referred booking with its value, commission and status.

Leave the program

Select Leave the affiliate program (or Withdraw application while you're waiting). Your link stops tracking new bookings, and commission you've already earned is still paid on the usual schedule. You can Rejoin the program later.

How much do I earn?

Your rate depends on the tier TBBN gives you when you're approved — see the current rates on the affiliate program page. Commissions come out of TBBN's own share of a booking and never exceed it, so a booking with no TBBN commission earns none. Hosts' earnings are never reduced to pay affiliates.
