How to add locations (branches) and turn on TBBN Space
A branch is one physical location your Business runs — a shop, café or office. Guests book Spaces at a branch, so its address is what they travel to. A Business can have as many branches as it needs.
Add a branch
- Go to business.tbbnetwork.com, open your Business and select Branches →.
- Fill in Branch name, Address, City, State / region, ZIP / postal code and Country.
- Select Add branch.
The branch appears in the table. TBBN places it on the map from its address, so guests searching nearby can find it.
Turn on TBBN Space for a branch
In the branches table, under TBBN Space, select Not enabled. It changes to Enabled. Select it again to turn TBBN Space off.
Once enabled, the branch appears under My Spaces on space.tbbnetwork.com, where you create its Spaces.
Import many locations from a CSV
Running many locations, or a franchise with its own back-office system? Upload them in one go.
- On the Branches page, find TBBN Connect — bulk import.
- Select Download CSV template and fill in one row per location. Give each row your own location id — re-uploading the same file later updates those branches instead of creating duplicates.
- Select Choose CSV file and pick your file.
You see how many branches were created or updated, and any rows with problems to fix. The column reference and the API version are in the TBBN Connect guide.
Common questions
Can I edit a branch's address? Contact us from tbbnetwork.com/contact so bookings and search stay accurate.
Do I need a separate Business for each location? No — one Business can run many branches, and they share one payout account. Use separate Businesses only when locations need separate payouts or legal entities.
Is the branch address public? Yes — guests need it to find you. Don't add a branch at a private home address unless that's where guests should come.
