TBBN Space Affiliate Program Terms

These terms are between you — the verified member or business named on your affiliate account ("the Affiliate", "you") — and Trade By Barter Network, Inc. ("TBBN", "we", "us"). They apply when you apply to, and take part in, the TBBN Space affiliate program. They supplement the TBBN Terms of Service and, for a business, the Business Profile Agreement.

1. Joining

You must have a verified TBBN account (an individual whose identity is verified, or a verified business) and apply from space.tbbnetwork.com/affiliate. TBBN reviews every application and may approve or decline it at its discretion.
Once approved, you receive a referral link with your own code and a commission rate, shown in your affiliate dashboard. TBBN may change your tier or rate with fourteen days' notice; a change never affects commission already earned.

2. How you earn

A visitor who arrives on TBBN Space through your link is attributed to you for the attribution window shown in your dashboard (30 days unless we tell you otherwise). The most recent affiliate link a visitor used is the one that counts.
For each booking that visitor makes and pays for in that window, you earn your commission rate on the booking's actual price — after any discount the host applied, and before tax and the processing fee.
Commission is earned only when the booking is completed, or the guest is a no-show under the host's policy. If the booking is cancelled and refunded, no commission is earned; if the guest is partly refunded, commission is calculated on the part that was kept.
Commission becomes payable after the same dispute window that applies to the host's earning, and is paid automatically in TBBN's weekly Monday payout run to your connected payout account. You need a connected payout account in your own verified name (or your business's) to be paid; earned commission waits for you until you connect one.
Commission is paid by TBBN from its own share of the booking, so it never exceeds that share. It is never taken from the host's earning and never added to the guest's price.

3. What is not allowed

Referring yourself, your own business, or bookings at a Space you or your business host.
Paid search ads that bid on "TBBN", "TBBN Space" or similar terms, or that direct to your link while appearing to be TBBN.
Spam, misleading claims about TBBN, a Space or a price, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any other way of attributing a booking you did not genuinely refer.
Offering guests cash, gifts or other incentives to book through your link without TBBN's written approval.

We may withhold or reverse commission connected to any of these, and suspend or close your affiliate account.

4. Taxes

You are responsible for any tax on the commission you receive. TBBN and its payment provider may ask for tax information and may issue tax forms where the law requires.

5. Ending

You may leave the program at any time from your dashboard; your link stops tracking straight away. We may suspend or end your participation with notice, or immediately for a breach of these terms. Commission already earned under these terms is still paid unless it is connected to a breach.

6. General

You are an independent party, not an employee, agent or partner of TBBN, and you must not present yourself otherwise. We may update these terms with fourteen days' notice; continuing in the program after that means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
